...also, I think the best cover of these days was by Paul Westerbeg. But thats just my opinion.

If you like this version, you should listen to Gregg Allman's take, or the original songwriters' style (Jackson Browne).
A close second
This recorded version is a very close second to the earliest recording of the song by Nico (and the songwriter himself, Mr. Browne, playing the guitar track).
But to see St. Vincent play it live... there's no comparison... but pure bliss.
