Exceeds Expectations!!!
OMG I've been waiting for this CD to be released ever since getting Jingle Spells 1 from last year. In short, it is AWESOME! This latest album offers a wide variety of music genres to appeal to all listeners, and the quality is great. In fact, I would certainly buy songs from these artists even if they weren't singing about Harry Potter. Some specific things to look forward to in this album: - a remake of the Jingle Spells 1 classic: It's Snowing. - really catchy song with added bass and overlay of rap. - Christmas Time at School- you just have to love this song because it embodies all the antics and play that you would imagine fred and george to engage in at Hogwarts. Great lyrics and tune. -a Very Voldemort Christmas- SO SO SO FUNNY! Poor little Orphan Tom Riddle who does all in his power to procure a puppy from Santa. Will he get his christmas puppy? You'll just have to hear it. -Butterbeer experience is on this album- need i say more? Great instrumental opening and vocals as always. -and Nargles in the Mistletoe- it's delightful=) Hilarious notion of the two quirkiest HP characters clinging to the notion that Nargles are the cause of their single-hood. LOL. It's stuck in my head and i love it. In short- Jingle Spells 2 has everything that made the debut album so popular, with great wizard rock artists, witty lyrics, and fabulous cover art (go frak!), but IT'S NEW! So go buy it! Buy it for yourself, for fellow HP fans, and for friends you have yet to convert to Weasley Way. Proceeds go to a good cause=)
Wizard Rock at It's Best
If you didn't like wizard rock before, you definitely will after listening to the compilation. Every song is of outstanding quality although I particularly love Christmas Mirror, It Came Upon a Midnight Clear, Candle in the Window and Nargles in the Mistletoe. If you're still wavering, keep in mind that all the proceeds go to charity. I highly recommend this album!
Wrocking Christmas Songs!
This album is amazing, with tons of amazing wrock songs from bands new and old! I've been waiting for this album to come out since Leaky announced it a while back, and it's even better than I expected. The whole album is absolutely amazing and goes to a good cause, so I suggest you buy the whole thing. Think about it 18 amazing songs for $9.99? That's a good a deal. Wrock 4 Ever!
