Love this workout!
The songs hit just the right balance between relaxing me and really pumping me up, and the advice of Joan make me feel like I have a coach sitting on my right shoulder cheering me on as I go. It is GREAT, esp if you are used to training as part of a team or training with others!!!
Rather Ironic
The music is good for running, but I thought it ironic that the "Women's Marathon Mix" would have music featuring all male singers.
Good Music, Below Average Coaching
Music mix is good and a joy to listen to. But do not expect very much coaching or motivation in this download. Maybe 15 seconds of advice every other song covering things a novice would know. Was expecting more.
