Don't hate

Well, for all you haters, remember this was done towards the end of her life. No one's gorgeous voice lasts forever, I mean, look at Barbara Streisand... her voice has changed a lot over the years, but does that mean she's a horrible singer? Judy was magnificent and remains incomparable despite her other downfalls...

Judy Garland as real as it gets!

If you are a fan of this woman, this is a must have. Hearing her interact with these other singers and outsinging them all is what Judy Garland is about. She never had to add fancy trills and frills to her songs, she just sang, and the heart that came through remains the most magnificent display of talent to date. There are many born musicians and singers, but this woman was music and music was her. There is no one that can touch her! You hear her laugh, make mistakes and deliver fabulous entertainment! Listen to this and take in the treasure that it is.

Judy still shines!

Get this album to hear the great "live" performances of "real" entertainers. Buy this if for nothing else but the Glen Miller Medley with the fabulous Martha Raye. Lena Horne also holds her own with the ledgendary Garland!
