Ashlar, the undead Templar and leader of Heimataerde, has lost his mortal love and gets tangled deeper as ever into his search for light and truth, that he wants to wrench from his mute God’s lips. But God remains silent… Evil and corruption are abundant and many of the knight templars have given into it… Opportunity, greed and selfishness have the word. Warning voices are silenced. Kadavergehorsam is demanded! With ‘Kadavergehorsam’ Heimataerde present their second album. The work on the new material started some months after the debut and accompanied the genesis of the ‘Under der Linden’ EP in spring 2006. Continuing the story of undead Ashlar, Heimataerde keeps within the Templar setting. However, as far as the work process is concerned, some experiment was asked for. Heimataerde have assured themselves the friendly cooperation of other artists from the indie scene. They were invited to contribute in interpretation, voice and sound-design and thus leave their own marks in a Heimataerde production. Participants in this dramatic musical dialogue were: ASP, Die in Winter, Winterstahl, X-Fusion and Xotox. Heimataerde is delighted, to bring the outcome to your ears!
