I just returned from the Premiere of this work performed at Carnegie Hall this evening, January 16,2012. I was blown away by this magnificent performance!
In my opinion, this is Mr Jenkins' best work. Each piece brings a unique musicality to the listener. However the Opus as a whole is far more transcendent than the sum of its parts.. Bravo MrJenkins for this stunning work , a remarkable performance and to your orchestra and chorus!
