Buy This Album!

Not only is this one of Rye Coalition's best offerings, Karp kills it in just two songs, along with a whole live preformance on an LA radio station. A MUST for any Karp fan, also a fantastic pick up if you like Rye Coalition if not it will make you like Rye Coalition.

Karp?

I really can't believe I can write a review of Get Your Hands Off My Cake. Well, if you aren't all in for overly ironic, cheese metal, punk rock then I guess you should get your hands off my cake.

epic punk rock

math/emo (in the original sense of the word) achieves some of its highest moments in the rye side, my favourite being "romancing the italian horn". rougher vocal style and more intricate bandwork than rye ever did after this. Karp...oh my god. The more straightahead punk counterpart to the intense genius of rye, their part of this record does indeed, as stated in the above review, "kill it in just two songs". Too bad you can't hear snippets of them here. But trust me, it rocks. Brace yourself for greatness.
