Album Review

In early 1995, Rhino reissued KC & the Sunshine Band's two most important and essential albums on CD: 1975's KC and the Sunshine Band and 1976's Part 3. When Rhino added ...And More to the album's titles, the label wasn't kidding — both reissues are at least 20 minutes longer than the original LP versions. In addition to "Get Down Tonight," "That's the Way (I Like It)," and other gems that graced the original self-titled LP, KC and the Sunshine Band...And More contains remixes of those hits and early KC smokers such as "I'm a Pushover" and "Do It Good." When those songs (both of which first appeared on 1973's Do It Good LP) were recorded, KC had yet to become the superstar he would be in 1975. But his band's sound was fully developed, and his vocals were already quite recognizable. Highly recommended.

Classic...What More Can I Say

Put your boogie shoes on and get ready for the summer parties! A great addition to your classic disco collection. There are 4 tracks missing though from the 2 disc collection so buyer beware: Dancin in the Streets, Yes I'm Ready, Give it Up and Please Don't Go 92'.

A throwback party .

I want to have a party and play this because I know everyone will like it and no one will complain aboout the music being to loud. A smash hit.

Casey and Finch first met in 1972 while both were employed by TK Records in Miami, FL, where among other chores, Casey served as a personal secretary and booking agent...
