Very good - but for fans only

OK, I think these guys are fantastic. I've seen them live, bought every B-side, etc. But this is a little rough. If you're looking for their normal polished stuff, this isn't it. The sound quality is a little hollow - perhaps it's the venue. But if you're a real fan of their music and just want on some songs you may well by now have played to death, this is a welcome change.

Keane only gets better with time

Keane is a truly gifted band that sounds just as good live as in the studio. This album is definately a must have!

Keane's piano-driven pop/rock is created by vocalist Tom Chaplin, drummer Richard Hughes, and pianist Tim Rice-Oxley, three childhood friends from the small town of Battle in East Sussex, England. Formed in 1997, the group started out as a college-aged cover band. Guitarist Dominic Scott was also part of this early incarnation, having previously played cover songs with Hughes and Rice-Oxley in a band named the Lotus Eaters.
