A capella really beautiful songs...
I don't know music, but I know what I like. I like this. It's not even Thanksgiving and I'm playing this "Christmas" music. Beautiful voices making beautiful music. Thought it would make good background music for work/study/reading/visiting/supper. Then downloaded the lyrics and my appreciation has doubled. Songs I've never heard and old standards blend so nicely...this would make a great $10 gift. I got hooked by the "La Peregrinacion" and "The Lamb" samples. Heck, just buy the darn thing.

Stunningly beautiful! I deeply enjoy Christmas music - from the ancient, to jazz and pop - and main a diverse and festive holiday collection. While "Maxjazz-Holiday" is my secular holiday favorite, "King's Singers Christamas" is my hands-down, "knock-your-socks-off" favorite among traditional Christmas music. It is unparallelled in sonic beauty and musical expression of the historic Christmas story. One can become totally lost in the sublime beauty of these artists in a cappella voice. One track is more stunning than the next in sheer beauty, tonal blending, vocal textures, and musical expression of the nativity. My deepest thanks to the artists who created this deeply moving collection of seasonal music.

Words cannot describe my love for the King's Singers. This is by far the best Christmas CD I've ever heard in my life. Nay, it is the best Christmas CD anyone has ever heard, ever. It makes me weep with joy, the sort of joy that only comes from a truly blessed moment, as when a mother gives birth to her first child (hopefully of legitimate conception) or when a hard-working, college-bound sailing instructor finds out he gets to take his parents' Passat to college. Or drive his father's 911. I'm hinting at something, Mom and Dad.
