Album Review
Los Pikadientes de Caborca rose to fame in 2008 when their song "La Cumbia del Río" became a viral video sensation on YouTube, after dozens of the group's fans posted humorous videos of themselves dancing to the tune. Los Pikadientes de Caborca showed they weren't one-hit wonders with their second album, 2009's La Tenia Mas Grande, which offered more of their playful take on norteño, including the songs "Me Duele la Cara de Ser Tan Guapo," "Las Mulas de Moreno," "Vida Enfiestada," and the band's cover of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean."

Another Homerun?
Los Pika Dientes de Caborca are back with "La Tenia mas grande". Just like there first album it's a good mix of Original and cover songs. Don't have much to say other than i like it it! Pikadientes music is like listening to good fast punk rock it makes me want to get up party and drink. Especially on there cover of "Las Mulas de Moreno". I gave the album a four star rating because unlike there first album this recording seemed to have an annoying studio sound. There is unecessary reverb on the lead vocals on almost every track which distracts the listener at times. Gone is the raw "recorded while partying" sound of the first album. It sounds like what it is.....a recording of a live band in a studio. I hope los Pikadientes bring back the raw party animal sound on there next album.
