Unedited Chain Of Fools!!!
The Queens 60's lps on Atlantic were really all classic. This is a just another example. Aretha takes others songs and makes them hers FOR REAL! ( Respect is an Otis Redding song!) 'Money' is Aretha doing James Brown!! 'People' of course is Curtis Mayfield. But the stand out ( in an lp of standouts) Is Rhino's addition of the Unedited Chain Of Fools!! THIS is Aretha baring her gospel Soul! Everyone should own this!!!!
BEWARE...
This is a classic in the truest sense of the word - However, these are the mono mixes (which is great if that's your thing)... However I can't help but feel the downscaled audio quality that apple lossless offers doesn't do this material justice... It would be far better if someone put up the stereo version of this album...
