It's all there if you click "buy album"
I was hesitant to buy this as I saw the comments about the missing Lance coaching voice. I had never clicked "buy album" in iTunes before. When I clicked "buy album" I got 15 items download to my iTunes. Each of the 13 song tracks comes individually, plus one continuous 41 minute track with Lance coaching you through your run. Lastly a 6 page digital book (what you would expect if you bought a CD in a jewel case with track list, notes inside, about Lance and some tips on how to use Nike+. Lance encourages you throughout the 41 minute mix. He leads you through an 8 minute warm up, 4 intervals and more. I would definitely buy another mix like this. Lance, do this again!
If you like alternative rock and run, go for it!!!
I bought this yesterday and used it on the treadmill today. What a great combination: * Real Good Alternative Rock Mix for Running * Great motivational comments from Lance Armstrong If you've ever watched him in the Tour de France, when he makes a couple of his motivational comments it becomes very difficult to stop. I would recommend this mix to anyone.
You Can Do It To
this album rocks, after using it i finally got in shape, and was able to run a half marathon with only 2 months of training!
