this record is worth every penny and 10x more. No matter how many times i listen to this record a day it never gets old, and i cant stop grooving. i hope these boys make it big someday.

where is my favorite?

where is thier first song, Do Anything for Your Lovin? this is my favorite song by them.

astounding. profound. unavoidingly dance-tastic.

I dare you not to dance when listening to this album. Its guaranteed to get at least 3 body parts moving at one time. By the third song, all of mine were. In addition to the groove-elation, this album has smarts, surprises, and a little heart. Each track has a bit of familiarity to it, yet maintains an aire of originality throughout like meeting someone new and there is instant chemistry. Like visiting the panda cage at the zoo, and you lock eyes with one of them and you feel like it knows you, like if it were a human, you'd be having tea together in that cage. Or like buying a small orange julius at the mall, but when they call your name its a large one and the girl at the counter gives you a little wink......yeah, its like that.

Natural Selection was a duo that blended touches of hip-hop with R&B for a couple of successful singles and a self-titled album released in 1991. Elliot Erickson and Frederick Thomas formed the group in 1989; after their first recording, "Do Anything," caught on at the radio station Erickson was employed at, EastWest picked them up and gave the song a national release in 1991. It hit the top of the R&B chart. An album and a pair of singles in support of it followed, but a planned follow-up...
