Classic
This is a full on classic. I bought this on cassette when it first came out. It's been out of print for years. When I worked on the business side of the Chritian music scene ,at the lable that produced the original, this is one of the few records that I begged to be brought back in print. I heard a few years ago the a small lable had brought it back but it's still hard to find. The Stones cover,"Gimmie Shelter", is better than the original. If your going to get 1 song off this record get this tune, but the whole record does not disapoint. Now if someone will put both Mastedon records ("It's a Jungle Out There", and "Lofcaudio") on iTunes. Ther is no way I'm paying $50 or more for a used CD. Hello John and Dino Elephante, easy money awaits you.

Love this album. I only found it about 5 or 6 years ago. Good melodic rock with good guitars and nice vocals and good production. You can listen to this one with out skipping a song.
First metal album I ever owned.
I was like 12 when I bought this; I didn't even know what heavy metal was back then, but I loved "Virtue and Vice" which was the heaviest thing I had ever heard. This album is a classic that has been out of print for years (I own it on cassette and could never find it on CD), and it's awesome that iTunes carries it. Holy Soldier is a Christian band, but this is not a very religious album lyrically. That can be either good or bad, depending on what you're looking for lyrically. Shredding guitars and high-pitched power metal vocals. This is before they turned grunge.
