Before the World Ends...Let's Hold Hands and Listen to a REAL Rock Artist!
Epic, heartfelt albums like this one are a real rarity these days and it's very sad. When was the last time you heard a female singer / musician effortlessly belting out songs and ripping on the electric guitar and the piano? Therina Bella is an amazing and underrated artist in this era of music where many female singers are either recklessly screeching, in an attempt to show off their so-called "vocal range" like some American Idol wannabe, or gently crooning some pseudo-artsy feminist crap while holding a guitar as a decoration. Therina's vocals are raw, emotional, and come from the gut. And! every single song is written, arranged, and composed by Therina Bella. Another rarity these days! My favorite songs in particular are:
"Throw It Away", a real cutting, hard rock song with a theatrical edge,
"Hands Off",
"Brace Yourself",
and the rock, piano ballad "Star Crossed."
