by DJoynerLadies and Gentlemen: This is not Keith Anderson the Country Artist, this is the one and only Keith Anderson, the Jazz Saxophonist. I use to see Keith perform in Dallas with the band Emerald City, when I lived in Dallas, and I knew then how talented this brother was. I even have an autographed copy of his 1st CD Diversity, which I listen to all the time on my iPod. Had I known he had a new CD out back in 07, I would have downloaded it much sooner. I llive in LA now and I see lots of bands play, but there are none here that can compare to the great "Emerald City" or the GREAT KEITH ANDERSON. And Keith if you're reading this, this is man David Joyner, AKA "Barney The Dinosaur" wishing you all the best my brother. Google me and give me a holler, cause I'm in LA doing my thang.

by jazzmanb4For those of you who have heard Marcus Miller, Les McCann and Roy Hargrove, Keith Anderson's latest should be no surprise. He is a virtuoso on several saxes, and this album is funky! The writing is lyrical, and the arrangements encompass many aspects of jazz music. This will keep you tapping your feet for more.
