This is a great Rollins Band record, maybe not The End of Silence but still essential for HR fans. Shine in particular is my personal anthem, and as someone else said who doesn't want to disconnect, to pull your brainstem out.

What an amazing album from beginning to end. Everyone remembers Liar but songs like Disconnect, Step Back and Divine are what make this album so great.

Ok so most people here never would have bought the album if it weren't for Beavis screaming the chorus on Mtv. But with that said this is a great album. One reason it works is because Rollins takes influence from the alternative scene(which is ironic because Black Flag influenced all those bands). He combines teh funk rock of the Red hot chili peppers and the intensity of Rage against the machine. Rollins has no melody what so ever but it still sounds good. Liar is easily the best track on here as Rollins sounds as if he is a phycologist analyzing you right before taking your head off. And Disconnect the opening track has the best riff and guitar work on there. Speaking of guitar work it is absouluty incredible. Goin funky, metal, punk, jazz and utilizing all different effects. And the rhythem section works wonders to. Overall one of the most pleasing genre bending records and a great cult record.
