Customer Reviews
Comfortable in their own skin
I've been following Scattergun for a few years now and I have to say that this album captures their true essence and showcases their style perfectly. The more you listen to the songs, the more you get out of them. Influenced by many well-known and established groups, Scattergun is able to take those influences and interpret them into a sound all their own.
Great Initial Offering
I really have enjoyed "Life at Fantasy Lounge". It has a great roots rock feel to it. Being a good Twin Cities resident, it has a real taste of early Replacements. Highly recomend as I hope their touring schedule takes them up north.
Chill Music
Great music to have playing in the background with friends over. Only two throw-away songs. Having a hard time categorizing this, so i'll just compare Scattergun to say Wilco/Pete Yorn/Bare Naked Ladies.
It's a very well produced album. Nice instrumental work, nothing is over done.
