My Stereo Has New Life! (and so do I)
I have J.R.'s first CD, and this one is not even comprable to it. But is it still great. He really explores different genres of music and delivers in each area. I personally enjoy songs that are what people would not expect form someone on Cross Movement Records, like We Need You and Never Lose. His lyrics allow him to transcend above just a good beat, but bring the message that we are able to live a life pleasing to God, and have fun doing it too! A definite buy for all.
Another level of Christian Music!!
This CD is soooo awesome. Sometimes we put christian music into a small box; it's only christian music if it's that ol' gospel type BUT that's not true. It's about the message, the lyrical content and heart behind the production. I love the words on all the tracks. There is no fluff, only true discipleship!! The beats are modern and he explores different genres. God is for all sounds as long as his message is preached. In short...the album rocks... it's a God banger. I love it! Incredible sounds with godly content-and the church says...AMEN.
Excellent Album! I'm so glad I bought it!
This is the second album of JR's that I own and I love the album. Musically, the album is appealing and more importantly the album speaks to your spirit and does not waiver in its glorification of Christ. I work out to this album and cool-down to it.
