Album Review
Soulful, smooth-flowing vocal harmonies have been the trademark of the Katinas since the all-brothers group made its industry debut in the late '80s. This self-contained group, hailing originally from Samoa, has released a number of studio projects that have proved to be popular with fans within the gospel and CCM music sector. Lifestyle is the group's first live recording. The project's subtitle, "A Worship Experience," aptly describes what to expect musically from this offering. Recorded live at the group's home church, Nashville, TN's Bethel World Outreach Center, the project, produced by the Katinas and Bryan Lenox, includes such praise & worship classics as "Lord I Lift Your Name on High" and "I Love You Lord," as well as a reworking of their hit "Thank You." Two studio-recorded tracks close out the project, the soulful "Eagle's Wings" and the upbeat, guitar-driven "Rejoice."

This is an amazing arrangement of prophetic music. It sweeps my soul each time I listen to it. The power of God's love just flows from listeningto the music. I listen to this piece while on a mission trip and experience the power of God come in full manifestation during the service. Let go and let God while allowing this music to renew and bring fellowship between it's listener and God. Hallelujah. The experience is powerful.
