A Great Album

Seeing them perform live, I can tell you that this album is the closet you can get to the experience without buying a ticket. Has all of their hits and their unique sound. A MUST HAVE FOR FANS!!!

The Pushstars at last!

Thanks iTunes for finally getting the Pushstars online. They're a great overlooked band. This album captures their concerts well. Has a nice mix of their ironic songs like Keg on my Coffin and Everything Shines and their more contemplative songs. My favorite track is Waiting, Watching, Wishing, dark, angry, and beautiful.

About damn time

I'm so psyched to see The Push Stars getting some space on iTunes. This is a great band, I cannot stress that enough. I had the pleasure of seeing Chris Trapper sing at my friends' wedding and fell in love with the music I heard. I've seen him live a few times since in some really small and intimate venues, and the music never disappoints. This album is a testament to the level of energy you're likely to find at their shows, and is a great first album for those looking to get into the band. I'm a firm believer that not every artist is great live, but Chris continues to disprove me with each performance. If you're not sure which album to get I highly recommend this one. It will give you a feel for the type of songs you'll hear on the albums, and the fan favorites you'll hear at any show. You will not be disappointed!
