Oh man...I love this band...they can do no wrong
So, i just heard about this lil EP from being a "fan" on facebook...Just saw them open for Portugal. The Man in Detroit...I wish Wintersleep headlined. This lil EP here does a pretty dang good job at capturing their live energy and capable musicianship...in a live setting. If you are a Wintersleep fan, you will notice that there really isn't any layer or texture missing than from what you hear on the studio versions of songs. As of right now, my favorite song on this EP is "Dead Letter & The Infinite Yes"...It just has so much heart, and in this live setting, a sense of warmth surrounds you when you listen with headphones. Thank you Wintersleep for existing...I'll buy a shirt online soon...sorry I couldn't at the show. John
