Two great song off the best album of the year

I have followed Biffy Clyro quite awhile now. The small Scottish Trio have put out three amazing albums prior to this, only a year apart. This alone had me hooked to Biffy. Then , after three years of waiting, they release "Puzzle," the best album of the year, or in several years. They move into the world of Mainstream rock and do it like they've been doing it for decades. Living is a problem is the opening track of the new cd, and apart from it's overly long intro(not included in this single release, is a fantastic and brilliant song; extremely catchy while having important, intelligent lyrics. The other single on here, Semi-Mental, is, while not the best on the full album, an all together excellent song, on the heavier side of their new material. I highly recommend this cd to everyone and anyone. I have gotten people into Biffy who I never thought in my wildest dreams would like it, and now they can't get it out of their head. Spread the word, Biffy is coming to take over the world!

Best band in the world

Finally Biffy will be hitting the US shores this summer with Warped tour and a support slot for Editors. Before moving to the USA, i saw this band 42 times in 4 years - they are THAT good. Probably not the ideal track for 1st time Biffy listeners, but an amazing song for those that like music that challenges you. Not for the fan of bland music!

Well worth the wait

After a 3 year wait Biffy's return doesn't let us down. It is probably their most complete album since Blackend Sky though none of the 4 will disappoint. Biffy has been my favorite band for the last three years and can't wait to see them in St Louis. I can't think of a more unappreciated rock band in my lifetime.

Playing loud combinations of pop/rock, inspired by the music of bands like Weezer, Biffy Clyro first started by playing their aggressive pop tunes in the nearby Glasgow club scene, eventually enjoying a stable and enthusiastic response from their audiences.
