Finally!
I have a habit of browsing the iTunes selection, seeing if there is anything decent coming out. It is a fairly masochistic practice, as I usually just find music that hss been done better before.
This is not so with Tiger Riot's "Look Up!" The sound is extremely fresh. Listen to the album from 1-10, and you will never feel that you've heard a single song before this lucky experience. The songs shift around, adding more drums, more guitar, quirky sounds.
If you need a real listen before being satisfied, get A Center For Ants first. Amazing
Just what I've been looking for.
This band is very solid! Great song arrangements and lyrics that are acually interesting. You can definatley tell that Casey (from TROES) produced the album. I love TROES, I love The Dear Hunter and I officially love Tiger Riot!
Good job guys... and please keep creating music like this.
Wth?
Why have so few people purchased this album? It is worth several times it's price. First album in a LONG time that I have not only liked, but loved every song on it.
