The frontman for Sebadoh collected his previously released home recordings on this 23-song disc. The epitomy of lo-fi, most tracks are simply Barlow with a guitar or piano. The raw accompaniment complements his tender love songs perfectly, as on "Natural Nature" and "Spirit That Kills."

Great collection of songs

Bought this on actual CD at one of their live shows. It is a great collection of songs and demonstrates the dynamics of the band. There is some significant differences between these versions and Lou on his own. The recording quality is great though a little heavy on the bass side (had to cut my sub in my car), overall though excellent! Keep it up Lou!
