The Original Fun Hits!

Ugly twists and turns...dark, disturbing terraine...what is the editorial reviewer of this CD talking about? Lou Christie hits were just lots of fun! And these are the original songs. The only song strangely missing in this collection is "Rhapsody in the Rain".

Bad Mastering Job.

First I'm happy to see this here as much as everyone else is, but call me crazy but the sound on this album is terrible with a capital "T". Bad mastering job by the record label and producers, etc. They shoud go back to the drawing board with this one, because this is a decent collection to have but the sound just sounds muffled and unclear. Tell you what, to those that do download this, any song, just check it out and if you don't hear what I hear and see what I'm talking about you can come back here and tell me I'm wrong. If I am I can accept it, but I don't believe my ears are playing tricks on me, bad sound all around on this album. Too bad, because it's a nice collection of Lou Christies.

Great Music, Bad Mix?

I am not a music purist, but there seems to be something off on these tracks. I have Two Faces Have I from a different CD and it is so much cleaner, with a high focus on the vocals where these seem to be a little overwhelmed by the music. I truly like Lou's music and will try to track down a different album to see if it is mixed better.
