Stop Hatin and stop judging ppl!!!!
Like Deitrick, I am a servant of God's teenagers. Teens are NOT buying Fred Hammond, Cece Winans and The clark sisters! This is a whole new generation and if you can't get with it, you are going to LOSE THEM! This is why so many parents don't have NO CLUE what their teens are listening too. Check their ipods, myspace pages! He knows what he doing. Half of those teens would not have EVER heard Deitrick if it had not been for 106 and Park. Deitrick gives teens something to "bump" while they keep their spirits clean from pollution of secular hip hop. This song is banging! Don't be so heavenly minded, that you're NO earthly good! Preach the gospel(good news) to EVERY creature..not just church people. It is good news to know that God loves me and why I love him like I do. P.S. Yall not stop being so SUPERSPIRITUAL and borderline SPOOKY!
Love the song, disappointed by some of the comments
I'm feeling this song. Along with Kirk Franklin, Tye Tribbett, Canton Jones, and Fred Hammond (to a certain degree) Deitrick Haddon is doing Kingdom music outside of the box, and I'm loving it. What disappoints me though, is some of the comments made by some of the "religious" folks here. It's not that you just personally don't like the song, but criticizing the artists themselves is inappropriate for Christian people. That's not how the kingdom operates. We (Christians) operate in God's love, even when we don't like something, or don't understand. If the song is not your taste, so be it. For others, however it may be a blessing. When we are so quick to throw each other under the bus, who wins??? Does that help win anyone to Christ?? Your comments just give unbelievers another reason not to believe. Let's love each other y'all.

kristall, in your review you were asking if any of the artists in the song (or the song itself) had anything to do with being gay. I believe that, based on who is singing the song and the lyrics pertaining to this person rescueing them and lifting them up, I think they are referring to the Lord. I know you weren't trying to be mean, and I am not trying to come down on you. I just wanted to set the records straight. And I agree, this song is amazing! I have been looking for it for a long, long time. I had to buy the music video to get it (which is also good). God Bless!
