WOWIE WOW WOW WOW!!!
Sweet Sassy Mo-Lassy this album was amazing from start to finish. It's one that you'll listen to over and over again! What is it that makes this band so great? Certainly the writing is a factor. But what else? Is it the amazing voice of Shanna? Or perhaps the fantastic blending of musical talent from Eric, Adam, Justin, Dan and Jesse? I've heard it both ways. This band has literally rocked my socks off. Literally. And if you enjoy this (and who wouldn't) then you should also check out the Bethesda EP which is out there that they put out last year. There sound has evolved from the EP but they put out great music on both. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
Diverse and Potent
I love these guys! The musical talent shines with the range of songs and instruments on this album. Ranging from the hippie-ballad sound of "Burn these Ships" to the heavier tension in "Puzzles" (either track) and the soft soul in "Oh my Love", you'll never be bored with this album. Eric and Shannan blend their unique voices well for a well-balanced sound that should appeal to a wider audience. You won't be disappointed, listening to this band.
