With a sound that surprisingly grooves alongside an indie rock feel, lead singer Curtis's voice finds each moving melody with grace and ease. Jubilee creates a certain space in their songs that draws the listener and fulfills them with catchy hooks touching on numerous musical feels. This is a sound that you couldn't hate even if you wanted to.
Bossa and Jazz on the Rocks...
I heard this band at the Triple Door in Seattle and was impressed by their unique sound. According to my musical tastes is a mix between bossa nova and jazz. They even do a few rocking tunes every now and then. Great band, can't wait to hear what they come out with next!
