Thus far, New Zealand’s Parachute Band hasn’t reached the upper ranks of Christian rock stardom in the U.S; Love Without Measure may well boost the quintet’s profile thanks to its dynamic sound and worshipful content. Frontman Omega Levine has fully grown into the role of passionate lead singer since his group underwent a membership shake-up in 2006. He fills PB’s songs with an unbridled yearning for both personal salvation and the unity of mankind under Christ. “Peace on Earth” manages to embody both themes in a slow-building track driven by brawny guitars embellished with sleek synthesizer. “The Redeemed” shows off a slightly spacey, Britpop influence in the band’s music, while “Anthem of My Heart” is a rafters-shaking rock hosanna that’s sure to stir a crowd. Delirious? founder Martin Smith — a long-time supporter of the group — takes the vocal spotlight on the swaying praise number “It’s You.” The closing instrumental track “*Soar* (2 Samuel 22)” sparkles with flowing electronica colors; the Parachute Band sets its sonic perimeters wide on Love Without Measure.

There are a few bands that I really look forward to hearing new music from and this is one of them for sure. This will be on repeat for awhile. Keep up the good work guys. Buy the album today!!! Let's get them to #1 on iTunes in the States!!!

This band is Amazing!.

Honestly, I was just browsing through music and I found this to be a recent released album. I never knew that this band would be so rooted in God and how it communicates through their music. I was not expecting their sound be so energetic yet passionate for God. It's amazing how they make their sound mimic the sound of today's modern popular secular bands but yet, their music and their lyrics are overflowing with the name of God. Parachute Band, continue to rock hard because this album is amazing. If I had to choose my top. TOP favorites, they are: Saviour of the Broken Heart, Sweet Surrender, So Much More, and the Redeemed.

A Must Buy

This is a phenomenal album from Parachute Band. I have purchased their last 2 albums, but this one is absolutely their best. A lot of fresh sounds and styles for a "worship" album. Lyrics are great and sincere. Love the auto-tune. I would rank it in my top 10 all-time worship albums with the likes of Hillsong, United, Planetshakers, etc... BUY IT!!!
