Awesome!

I was totally blown away by Lullaby. Icarus Song rocks me so hard and Angels' Time is so beautiful it makes me get all tingly. This is a killer effort from these guys.

My new favorite band

Darren Korb from Icarus lends his velvet voice and excellent songwriting to his new band, Furly in this folksy rock EP. The beautiful lyrics of "Angles' Time" (The clock stands with parted hands in a broken frown it's ticking down the minutes 'till Monday..) slowly builds to triumphant ending. "Icarus Song" simply rocks. "Knight of the Sad Face" is the hookiest song I've heard in a long time. I'm humming it after the first listen. "Lullaby" is a beautiful song exploring a common theme for Korb of the imperfect love. The EP "Origin of Species" is surprisingly sweet with another unforgettable tune. Keep an eye this artist.

Furly is a band that I've been following for a while and I'm glad to see that they're finally on iTunes. If you haven't seen it, check out the amazing video for "Icarus Song"...I think it's on YouTube...hopefully they'll be coming out with a full-length album soon...
