Taylor Mills has a voice that that's both pure and passionate. Top notch performances and songwriting make this a must have for the Pop/AC listeners, and I have a feeling she could really hold her own on the Country charts. Give her a listen and hear for yourself!
Taylor Mills Needs To Become A Household Name!!!!
I first discovered the music of this beautiful woman by being a fan of her husband, co-producer and longtime Styx drummer Todd Sucherman, who is truly one of the brighest drummers working today. I learned of her first solo effort months before its actual release and was sitting on the edge of my chair waiting for it to become available. To say that hearing "Center Of Your Heart" for the first time was a true magic moment in my life as both a musician and all around music lover is an understatement. Taylor's voice and overal musical personality is a breath of fresh air to the music industry which all too often offers us over produced music that is canned to begin with. Every track on this masterpiece is unique and beautiful in its own way. Obviously when someone is as talented of a singer as Taylor is, "over-production" is not necessary as her gorgeous voice speaks for itself and gives each one of these moving songs a life far greater than another artist might have brought to them. Todd Sucherman's drum and percussion work is stellar as it is anytime he sits down at the kit. As a drummer myself, having him play on this release is a bonus for me for a piece of work that I truly love!!! Taylor and Todd, thank you for touching me so profoundly with this incredible CD. I wish you all every good thing and hope that you're able to move millions of other music lovers as you did me. I'm lucky to say I recieved #004 of your limited addition autographed CD which I will cherish forever. I wish you all every good thing for careers and your lives together!!! God Bless!!!. Absolutly a great album, get it you'll enjoyed it belong belief
Taylor as Roger Daltrey says "has a gorgeous voice" and as Brian Wilson says "she sings like an angel". All songs are great. It is a combine effort where co-producers Scott and Todd(Taylor's husband) also demostrate their talents. Scott plays a smoking guitar, bass, piano, keys and Todd plays Drums plus sings in Wish Me Well, a beautifull love song. Taylor voice is quite flexible and quite powerfull. Best album I heard in a long time, plus you cann't beat ITunes price for this album.
