AMAZING!!!!!!
by dazzleshipsKate Nash is the BEST!!! This album is totally unique, its just different. I mean "intelligent input darling, why don't you just have another beer then?", I LOVE that line!! She's soooooo cute, I want all of her clothes. All i can say is that I love you Kate!!!!!!!!!!
too much too soon
by chunky777it was a fresh, invigorating album when released and still merits an occasional listen; however.... we saw kate nash twice in 2 days in april 2008 both shows were good but scripted and exactly the same, perfunctory at best...my then 7 year daughter was a fan and created a drawing based on lyrics to 'foundation' and wanted to give it to her the night of the show but was unable to because, according to the venue's pr people (who actually seemed concerned) "she has only so much time and won't be able to meet personally with fans later, but i will make sure she gets this." this, after an exhaustive 52 minute set in front of approximately 500 people...anyone can say 'flash in the pan' or '15 minutes of fame' but neither quite sums it up...she is very talented with a wonderful voice who made a very good album.....that almost imperceptible 'bump' we all heard about 6 weeks after her us tour was kate falling off the face of the planet of musical relevance.
