Bravo!!
If there were 4 1/2 stars this would have gotten it. One of the better recordings of Mahler's 1st that I have heard. I never heard the SFSO before and I must say, at least in this recording, they sound amazing. Well worth your time and money.

Michael Tilson Thomas is the guru of Mahler. MAHLER ROCKS and MTT ROCKS MAHLER.

This is my least favorite of Mahlers symphonies, but it is still very well performed
