Good Enough
"Good Enough" is my all time favorite song so far! I absolutely love Makena! Siena and Toast have such sweet and soothing melodies. Their blend of mellow acoustic pop and hawaiian music is calming and unique. These gals are the best!
Awesome! Must Have!!!
An awesome debut album from a talented singing, song-writing duo. The mix of gentle ballads, old favorites with a unique touch and fun up-tempo tunes make it a great all around album. Makena’s honest lyrics expressed through the blending of smooth harmonies on their ballads gives me the chills! Wow!! Not over mixed--still pure Makena! They sound just as great in person too. Congrats!
Pleasing harmonies
I first discovered them at a festival in Long Beach; I fell in love with their silky smooth voices. In addition to being great performers, they're grounded individuals who really care about their craft and are truely appreciative of their fans. I support them and their unique contribution to the music scene.
