I saw them live at a fundraiser concert pretty good but dont buy the whole album just the good ones

A good lp
I still have the vinyl and really enjoyed it. I like Walter Egan's solo version of HotSummer Nights...but this one is good too. If memory serves, Dean Torrence of Jan & Dean helps out of his Gonna Hustle You ( the early lyrics to New Girl In School). and there are other good moment as well. Looking for good feeling vocal surf music....take a listen to this one.

The Malibooz are an off-again-on-again surf group led by guitarist/singers John Zambetti and Walter Egan. With Chris Murray, they released an EP as high school students in 1964, followed by a single, "Goin' To Malibu." But the decline in popularity for surf music led to the group's dissolution. Egan and Zambetti enrolled at Georgetown University in 1966 and, with drummer Tom Scarp and singer Annie McLoone, formed the rock group Sageworth. Egan later...
