Solid as a brickbat laced with cast iron!!!

Gahhh.... Don't listen to this bafoon. So..so huh?! So I suppose this so..so guy has transcribed all the songs already then. Maybeee.. He's taken several ideas from the lead licks that are happenin and used them in his solos. Im sure he has. Yeah.... Yeah cuz meshuggah really plays dual guitar harmonies at 160 bpm. Cuz they do that right?!... Yeah cuz they have harmonies with vocals right?!... Yeah meshuggah is an influence here. But thats about all. Just an influence. What's wrong with that anyway?! This music is as unique and original as I've heard in a loooong time. Tons of creativity here. Great bass tone, solid sick drumming, and crushing tone from the guitars. I hear lots of influences. Pantera, Testament, Death, Meshuggah, Paul Gilbert, Jason Becker type leads. Rhythms that I've never heard meshuggah do. This dude is the epitome of the album theme. So it's good he's the first to review. Because that lays a clear outline of the entire theme in play... Mass delusion. Because he is clearly delusional. Wow ive actually never seen someone so delusional. Sweet album!! Never heard anything like it before. Ever. It's heavy HEAVY!!!!! And just outlandishly creative.
PDP Mass Delusion
Upon previewing the songs on the album, I was hooked. PDP's debut full length album Mass Delusion is one of the most, if not the most, ruthless, brutal albums out there. This band keeps slammin' heavy riffs and solos all while maintaining a constant heavy groove. The musicianship of this band is unparalleled in most of the metal realm today. I also enjoy the fact that even though they are influenced by bands such as Pantera, Meshuggah, and Despised Icon, but maintain their own unique sound throughout the album. This band is the next big thing, and I hope to see them on tour soon! I give this album a well deserved 5 Stars
