great for both beginning and advanced runners

For beginning treadmill runners: This album is great for increasing your speed. You'll do a warm up and two sets of ladder-style speed intervals (with rests in between). Highly reccommended if you're just starting to run on the treadmill and need something to get you going and keep you interested.

For advanced treadmill runners: This is a good change of pace if you just want to mix up your workouts and push yourself. Could be very useful in helping to moderately increase your speed if you're training for a short race like a 5 or 10K.

Comes with an actual 30 minute "workout" track with a strategic mix of the songs and the guys guiding you along, and the actual song tracks as well. Just an all-around fun workout and a really good idea from OK Go and Nike. Love it!

WOW!

Check out the music videos too, they are even better than these incredible songs!! Okay... now go!

Awesome training

I got this for free when I bought my iPod and Nike +. I really enjoy the music and have used the album to improve my speed and endurance. Thanks guys!
