Album Review
Despite being one of the best-selling rappers of all time, none of MC Hammer's albums were very consistent — the singles stood out like a sore thumb among the filler on each record, which is why Greatest Hits is such a good bargain. Greatest Hits compiles 12 of Hammer's biggest hits for Capitol Records, including "U Can't Touch This," "Pump It Up," "Turn This Mutha Out," "They Put Me in the Mix," "Have You Seen Her," "Pray," "Here Comes the Hammer," "2 Legit 2 Quit," "Do Not Pass Me By," and "Addams Groove." It's not only an excellent introduction to MC Hammer, it's the best album in his entire catalog.

I normally hate rap, but MC Hammer is a genius.
by Sigh..............50 Cent, Emimen, Soulja Boy, and all the other moden rappers are all posers. MC Hammer was a man who made me enjoy rap, and even after I fell away from it because of, well, virtually every other rapper out there, I could still enjoy the best. Thank you, MC Hammer. No one can touch you.
