Customer Reviews

*A* gorgeous.

mgmt cannot make a bad song. ever. i don't care what you guys think. this and their previous album is proof that they are definitely one of the best acts of 2008 and one of the more promising acts of the future. their music takes you on a journey and is not only pleasant to the ear, but sparks so many emotions and thoughts from within. i listen to mgmt whenever i'm drawing or painting or just relaxing. metanoia is a rollercoaster of different emotions. it's like a whole bunch of songs tied together to make one epic musical adventure. obviously this isn't at all like electric feel or time to pretend. and that's a good thing. cuz a truley great band never does the same thing twice. :]

Time out, fool.

EPIC. Like, Lord of the Rings epic. It combines lots of different moods, and yet you'll never be bored of it. Recommended for walks along the beach, practicing martial arts, or summoning John Bonham's spirit. Have a nice day.

MGMT's "Bohemian Rhapsody"

Long, but never gets boring or tiring. Seems like several songs loosely tied together. And contrary to other reviews, it is nothing like Electric Feel, nor does it try to be.
