Even though during a lot of the softer parts you can hear him gasping into his mic, it's still an incredible performace and a clear recording. If you're going to play bottesini #2, then I would listen to this for direction, inspiration, or fun. They're all good tracks, but I personally only listen to 4 5 and 6 these days.

I really like this album. It is very very good and the sound quality is just amazing. You should buy the whole thing because 1:It is awesome, 2:The Gran Duo Concertante is my favorite and will be yours, too, 3:Every song is amazing. Just get it. It is wonderful.
