.second album growth.
While the first album felt more metallic in its dubness this album has a warmth to its expanse. Which for me is nice as I enjoy vocal samples in my dubstep but not full blown vocal tracks to distract from the excellent programming.
Very Nice
I was tipped off to Ital Tek by kmag.com - who listed Midnight Colour in their top 25 "Bass" albums of 2010. I don't think Bass is a genre, nor does this album qualify for it - but it is definitely some of the best instrumental dubstep out there. I absolutely love "Moment in Blue", and the track with Anneka's vocals is great too. Gittit!

A dubstep producer specializing in dark, atmospheric sounds, Brighton's Ital Tek (born Alan Myson) first appeared in 2006 on the download label Net Lab. The release was the Terminator 2 EP, five tracks with a heavy Aphex Twin influence and samples of Arnold Schwarzenegger. In 2007 he introduced the deep dubstep sound that would become his signature when his "Blood Lines" 12" dropped on Planet Mu.
