Miles has that rare ability to address a song with a simple opening phrase that immediatley pulls the listener into it. Then he keeps the magic going with memorable phrases and melodies that weave together into songs that are very personal - to us all. He has honed his songwriting craft to a fine edge and he sets them sailing high with his amazing voice. Make no mistake. These are real songs to be taken into your soul so their joy, pain, and insight can enrich your own experience...the way great music should.
A Real Treat Not To Be Missed!
I have played this CD over and over, and keep enjoying more each time I hear it! My Favorites so far....... " Hey, Hey, Hey...... and Lucy"..... but know I'll add more to the list! I hear the influences , but Miles has the unique ability and gift to make this his own! Excellent Job Miles!!!!
