Overall Very Good

This is definetely a change from their previous album's ever since curves ahead, except for the one cut "Age of Reason" which sometimes the rippingtons will do. Its as though they take a cookie cutter and change it a bit, but for the most part its the same. Thankfully thats the only cut in which they've seemed to have appplied that to. And of course in my opinion theres the one dud of the album and thats Jet Set. Really Boring! Like someone went to radio shack and hit the demonstrate button on a keyboard numerous times adding in all the instruments! Otherwise the rest of the album is great! 10 out of 12 is really not that bad.

THE CAT STRIKES BACK!

by El Magnifico Original

The famous cat strikes back but this time with more energy than before. None of their productions will ever surpassed their already classic original debut album with their eternal hit "She Likes To Watch" and a "all-star" roster when many of them were hardly known, but Russ always comes back with more! Just when the fanatics of this longevical group think that "this is it", the Rippingtons attack again and with more swing than before. For a while many critics showered over them with "always the same", "nothing new", "the same s*#@& again" and so on, but what nobody could ever denied is that their debut production was one, if
not "the", predecessor of this smooth jazz phenomenom.

Take your time, kick back and enjoy your flight with this new piece of the Rippingtons. There's something for everyone. It's not perfect of course, but that's just me and music is as subjective as "high end" audio. Anyway, it's recommended and you wouldn't be dissapointed. Watch for my next smooth jazz mix under El Magnifico Jazzmania and you'll pick some new talents and surprises as well. JAZZ FOREVA!

Awesome!
