Album Review
Mother Mojo was an excellent follow-up to Satan & Adam's first-rate debut, Harlem Blues. The duo hasn't abandoned their minimalist guitar and harp blues, but there is a loose energy that keeps the music fresh and consistently engaging.

Though few people outside of real blues enthusiasts have ever heard of Satan and Adam, anyone who has seen U2s Rattle and Hum movie has seen them perform. It's a little 30 or so seconds of Satan and Adam playing on the street in Harlem, while the band is preparing to record their gospel version of Where the Streets Have No Names. This is a brilliant album, with a shining performance from one of the world's greatest harmonica players, Adam Gussow.
