Are you kidding me? THIS IS GREAT!!

I remember my mom buying Mickey Mouse Disco off the television (by the way look it up on here...it'll change your life!!) and Mousercize came with it as an "album bonus offer" the mousercize album even came with a "workout chart" that showed you the moves so it was easy to follow along. I LOVED THIS ALBUM AND PLAYED IT EVERYDAY!! thanks for putting it on here. It's so cool to hear these songs I haven't heard since I was 6.

Great, but...where's the steps?

Mousercise, the 1982 childen's exercise record, orginally came with an 11 page booklet outlining the exercise steps for each song. iTunes doesn't seem to be providing the booklet. For me, the music is not worth much without the booklet. Great that the music is now for sale here, great that it still sounds fun like I remember, but without the booklet, it's going to lose some stars.

This is the best album for teaching dance to small children. They love it!! Mousercise always starts out my class.
