Customer Reviews
Mozart was one of the greatest composers of all time!
And certainly the best to study to. I prefer for my two favorite Mozart symphonies (great and jupiter) Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, but these renditions aren't too inferior, and as for the price I payed for just those two in my favorite rendition, I get two extra symphonies, I am much happier owning these versions. Also to "Expert Opinion": For those of us who actually have listened to this album and have enjoyed classical music for most of our lives, don't write reviews when you don't understand. For those not familiar with classical music, Mozart was an 18th-century composer who wrote 41 symphonies and 27 piano concertos. His music is classified by the way in which it is a "just as" and is very pleasing and relaxing to the ear. Hacking at probably the most famous and well liked composer of all time with calling him "some hack film music composer" is an insult not only to Mozart but to his fans and all musicians who have ever benefited from his masterpieces (and even if you haven't played Mozart, all composers were influenced by him).
Another Great Release from Denon
Those guys got it right. Great Recordings at Great Prices
A Great work
this music is highly developed and another excellent example of Mozart's genus ability to put his feelings, thoughts, and life into music. I also wanted to comment in response to "Expert Opinion". By no means do I want to be offensive or sound derogatory, but your comment is insulting not only to the orchestra or the composer but also to millions of people who have worked hard to understand music. These people may feel insulted that someone who as you said doesn't know a lot about music comes and says that the music is bad. Again I DO NOT MEAN TO BE OFFENSIVE!
