30 minutes for a 10k?!
Why would I want only 30 minutes of music if I'm running a 10k? If you run a 10 minute mile, you'll need just over an hour; even if you run faster than that 30 minutes still won't be enough for the VAST majority of us.
Really fun!
I liked this one a lot. The coaching wasn't too intense and the music kept me moving. Not sure I'll be up for a 10k, but definitely got a great workout.
Get's you moving
This is a great 30-minute workout; good mix of fast and slower songs so there is time to recover from the challenging workouts.
