Awesome album.
I was a big fan of The O (GGG's former band) and was skeptical that this album wouldn't live up to my expectations. Well, the lyrics are well thought out, fun and the tunes match. Great buy!

so gonna get got has a new albumn the tripple G is at it again with "my microphone" this cd is just amazing he has yet to dissapoint me as a fan withthe wild and crazy lyrics and the killer beats you just cant help but love the music! this is a must by for anyone who enjoys atleast one of the songs
A fantastic and touching album.
Easily my favorite album of the year so far. My Microphone sees Trip G approaching all sorts of hardships (break-ups, childhood sadness, bad relationships, financial trouble, suicide, even Mormon lesbians) with candor, grace and humor. Yes, I said grace. Trip G shows a very surprising sense of maturity here, and while he's always been a funny rapper and storyteller, on My Microphone he's a truly touching one as well. MM shows him dealing with all these issues with not necessarily resignation or optimism, but acceptance, and it's a welcome vibe. Best of luck to Triple G in the future, he's a top class act.
